Donald
B. Kempster
has been practicing law since 1976. He established the
firm of Kempster & Associates (now Kempster, Keller & Lenz-Calvo,
Ltd.) in February of 1985 and is the managing partner. In
his years of practice, Mr. Kempster has argued cases before the
Board of Immigration Appeals, three different Federal Circuit
Courts of Appeal and has won a number of precedent decisions for
the firm's clients. He has published articles on a variety of
immigration issues, and he has been a guest speaker at seminars
for both radio programs and television.

Cheryl
Lenz-Calvo has been a partner at Kempster, Keller & Lenz-Calvo,
since 1996. Ms. Lenz-Calvo's specialization is employment-based
immigration law. She represents organizations ranging from
small businesses to multi-national corporations, hospitals, and
universities on immigration case processing and strategies.
Among her clients are NBA athletes, engineers, researchers,
professors and artists. She is a frequent speaker at AILA
conferences and a contributor to the association's publications.
Ms. Lenz-Calvo is listed in International Who's Who of Corporate
Immigration Lawyers for immigration law.

William
A. Quiceno became a partner at Kempster, Keller & Lenz-Calvo,
Ltd. in January of 2006 after working at the firm since June of
1997. He practices in the areas of immigration law, litigation,
family law and real estate. In the area of immigration,
Mr. Quiceno has become specialized in the areas of removal
defense and benefits under Temporary Protected Status and
NACARA. He has argued before the Seventh Circuit Court of
Appeals and practiced before the Board of Immigration Appeals
and the Northern District of Illinois. Mr. Quiceno has
lived and studied in England and he is a first generation

Theresa A. Corcoran
has been an attorney with the firm since 2000, Ms. Corcoran became a
partner of Kempster, Keller and Lenz-Calvo, Ltd. in 2006. She
practices primarily in immigration law focusing on family and
employment based immigration. She has become a leader in
the employment based field due in her experience and expertise
in areas such as non-immigrant work visas and permanent
residency processing.

Robert
C. Milla has been an attorney with Kempster, Keller & Lenz-Calvo,
Ltd. since 2006 and practices in the areas of immigration and
civil litigation. Mr. Milla’s focus on immigration law has
included family and employment cases, as well as removal
defense, through which he has earned approvals for asylum,
cancellation of removal, and adjustment of status. His
work on I-601 waiver of inadmissibility applications has earned
approvals for clients worldwide, including for countries in
Europe, the Americas, Middle East, and Asia. He has
developed the firm’s federal litigation practice and has
successfully represented clients in federal court in mandamus
delay cases and challenges to improperly denied immigration
applications.

Nell
W. Barker has
been an attorney with Kempster, Keller & Lenz-Calvo,
Ltd. since 2006 and practices exclusively in immigration
and nationality law. Ms. Barker has successfully
assisted families and individuals with a wide array of
immigration processes, and has developed particular
expertise in employment-based immigration. She is an
active member of the American Immigration Lawyers
Association (AILA) having appeared as a featured speaker
at conferences and contributed to articles on
employment-based immigration topics.

Tatiana Calvo has been an attorney at the firm since 2007. She
represents clients in family and employment-based immigration
law as well as in removal proceedings. She has practiced
successfully before the United States Immigration Service and
Consulates abroad and also the Immigration Courts and the Board
of Immigration Appeals. Common areas of practice for Ms.
Calvo are waivers of inadmissibility and removal defense as well
as complicated areas of family-based immigration and

Elisabeth A. Clayton has been an attorney at Kempster, Keller &
Lenz-Calvo, Ltd. since 2009. She primarily represents
clients in family based immigration law and removal defense.
As such, she regularly practices before the Immigration Court,
Board of Immigration Appeals, the Citizenship & Immigration
Service and Consulate offices abroad. She has also
successfully practiced before the Seventh Circuit Court of
Appeals winning a precedent decision for a client in removal
proceedings. Common areas of practice for Ms. Clayton
include complicated areas of family based immigration including
eligibility under the Child Status Protection Act and waivers of
inadmissibility.
