Our real estate services range from representing buyers and sellers with their real property transactions to representing individuals in forcible detainer actions, preparing lease agreements and land trust matters. Our family law services include dissolution of marriage, adoptions and declaration of invalidity petitions. Our workers’ compensation practice involves representing injured workers before the Illinois Industrial Commission. We also represent small companies in incorporating and organizing their businesses, obtaining necessary licenses and handling the purchase and/or sale of assets.
