Mona Li began practicing immigration law in 2018 and has been an attorney at Kempster, Corcoran, Quiceno& Lenz-Calvo, Ltd. since 2020. Her practice in immigration law focuses on employment-based cases, including non-immigrant visas such as H-1B, L-1, and O-1 and employment-based permanent residency processing. Prior to joining Kempster, Corcoran, Quiceno& Lenz-Calvo, Ms. Li assisted corporations in immigration matters in the global immigration and mobility practice group of a large law firm. Ms. Li also previously worked at two Illinois non-profits where she focused on asylum and special immigrant juvenile cases for unaccompanied immigrant children, VAWA, and U visa petitions.
