Nell Barker, Associate Attorney at Kempster, Keller & Lenz-Calvo was recently featured at a business immigration conference hosted by the American Immigration Lawyers Association. The conference, entitled “The Gray Areas: Resolving Selected Problems in Business Immigration,” focused on the intricate problems which can arise in employment-based immigration.

Ms. Barker moderated a panel on worksite locations. Individuals and companies seeking visas based on jobs requiring nontraditional worksite locations, such as home offices, regular site visits, or third party placements, can encounter more difficulties with the immigration process. Ms. Barker fielded questions and hypothetical scenarios on this difficult area of employment-based immigration, drawing from her own expertise and experience in the field.
