Last week Sarah Pierce, Associate Attorney at Kempster, Corcoran, Quiceno & Lenz-Calvo, Ltd. joined hundreds of immigration attorneys in Washington, D.C. to lobby Congress on immigration reform. The event was part of the American Immigration Lawyers Association’s National Day of Action. Ms. Pierce was one of 18 attorneys from Illinois who went to Washington, D.C. to speak with Illinois politicians.

Both Democrats and Republicans expressed the ongoing need for letters in support for immigration reform and stories from individuals, families and companies who have struggled with the current immigration system.
