Marcus McCrary joined Kempster, Corcoran, Quiceno & Lenz-Calvo, Ltd. in 2022. His immigration law practice focuses on employment-based and family-based matters.
His employment-based practice involves guiding employers and individuals through the green card process, including I-140 petitions for EB-1 and EB-2 National Interest Waivers (NIW). Mr. McCrary also handles L-1A Multinational Executives and Managers, L-1B Specialized Knowledge professionals, O-1, TN NAFTA professionals, and H-1B Requests for Evidence (RFE).
His family-based practice includes I-130 petitions, I-485 Adjustment of Status, and Consular Processing, including I-601, Applications for Waivers of Inadmissibility. Prior to joining Kempster, Corcoran, Quiceno & Lenz-Calvo, Mr. McCrary assisted clients at Brown Immigration Law in Cleveland, Ohio. He also supported The Legal Aid Society of Cleveland with humanitarian cases for VAWA, Asylum, U Visa, and Naturalization. During law school, Mr. McCrary studied at la Universidad Pontificia Comillas in Madrid, Spain, where he earned a Master of Laws LL.M. degree in International & European (EU) Business Law.
