Marcus McCrary joined Kempster, Corcoran, Quiceno & Lenz-Calvo, Ltd. in 2022. His immigration law practice focuses on employment-based and family-based matters.

Prior to joining Kempster, Corcoran, Quiceno & Lenz-Calvo, Mr. McCrary assisted clients through various processes at Brown Immigration Law in Cleveland, Ohio. His experience includes navigating EB, L-1, J-1, H-1B, and TN cases. He also interned at The Legal Aid Society of Cleveland to support clients with their humanitarian cases for VAWA, Asylum, U Visa, Naturalization, and Removal Defense. During law school, Mr. McCrary studied at la Universidad Pontificia Comillas in Madrid, Spain, where he earned a Master of Laws LL.M. degree in International & European (EU) Business Law.
