Ryan Helgeson is an associate attorney with Kempster, Corcoran, Quiceno & Lenz-Calvo, Ltd. where he focuses his practice on all aspects of business immigration law. Ryan provides legal and regulatory compliance advice to human resource managers, in-house counsel, and executive leaders regarding corporate immigration issues. His expertise includes talent acquisition and retention through employment-based nonimmigrant and immigrant visas and Form I-9 compliance.

Previously, Ryan was an attorney with Vedder Price, where he counseled employers on all aspects of employment-based immigration, including H-1B, L-1, O-1, and TN visas, as well as employment-based green card applications. Ryan received his law degree from DePaul University College of Law in 2010. During law school, he worked for the Illinois Guardianship and Advocacy Commission and the DePaul College of Law Domestic Violence Project.
